This Basement Drainage Pump  is suitable for internal drainage of a flooded room as it will suck down to 2mm. Needs water to initially be around 10-15mm to get going.

Can handle small amounts of contamination such as stormwater with sand or small stones to 5mm diameter. Not suitable for heavily contaminated water.
